Mixr Media builds and hosts social applications for niche communities. We combine things like Wikis, Forums, Blogs, and Social News into one unified system to provide a simple yet comprehensive way for people to find information and express their thoughts among fellow community members. We make it easy to navigate an all-encompasing content resource that is invaluable to the niches we serve. Social news is the first application we launched towards that end. We plan to launch five more applications over the course of the year to create something we like to call, a social application suite. Some of these applications, Blog Network, Wiki, and Forum will be available live in just a few weeks.

All Mixr communities are connected, allowing a community member to access all of them using one user name, one profile, one friends list, one messaging system, and one reputation!
