Ningin Upgrades

9:19 EST: We’ll be starting the upgrades to Ningin in a few moments. We expect the site to be down for at least five hours during this process. Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconveniences.

12:25 EST: Finished with the updates! Everything went smoother than expected so it only took a couple of hours. Let us know if you find any bugs.

To reiterate the previous post, each website under the Mixr Media umbrella will have a universal login system — one username and password, one profile, one friends list, one reputation — for everything. There will be a flurry of updates in the coming months with new features in the last legs of testing (namely, RSS Feeds, Extended Profiles, and Private Messaging).

The launch date for our sister sites is tentatively set for November 14th.
