On a wiki, you can create, edit, delete articles and categories by using a special syntax.
PAGE TITLE
This will create a link to a wiki page with the listed title. If the page does not exist, you can create it when you click the link.
Example: Apples are fruits.

This will automatically assign the article to the listed category. And if the category doesn’t exist, the wiki will create it for you. To add multiple categories, you continue to add the Category code but with different category names, like so:

This will not only add it to the main/parent category but also the sub-category, whether or not they exist.
:Category:CATEGORY NAME::SUB-CATEGORY NAME
This will create a link to the category page which lists all the articles assigned to that category; however, this does not create a category.
NAMESPACE_LABEL:ARTICLE TITLE
This will create a link to an article in the listed namespace. If the article doesn’t exist, you can create it.
To assign an article to a namespace, you edit it’s name using the following syntax:
NAMESPACE_LABEL:ARTICLE TITLE
To view all the articles in a namespace, go to the Title List page (on the main menu) and you’ll see a drop down list with all the namespace available. By choosing a namespace within the list, you’ll be shown the list of articles assign to that namespace.

Creates a link to an uploaded file

Creates an image tag for an uploaded image.
DISPLAY TEXT
This allows you to have different text display as a link for the article, category, namespace and file links.
{embed=”Namespace:Topic”}
Displays the current version of the article listed and the article you are editing. If the topic doesn’t exist, nothing will be displayed in its place.
